Gibson Les Paul Standard Left Handed 2017 (2018 specs) Cobalt Burst. Very Good Condition 8.5/10.

Finished in the incredible Cobalt Blue Burst, this 2017 (2018 specs) Standard is about as good as Les Paul Standards get with an abundance of players features. The top has a stunning grain and flame making for a real eye-catching guitar. Unusual to see this finish in left handed models too!

The 2018 Gibson Les Paul Standard is a modern guitar, though it still very much has a foot in the era that spawned it. Usually reserved for the custom shop 2018 guitars are fitted with Burstbucker Pro pickups – these enhance the vintage PAF sound, with a touch more tonal edge. They’re hotter than the traditional Burbuckers, meaning they’ll break up a bit earlier. The use of a stronger Alnico V magnet gives them a slightly beefier, chunkier tone. The pickups also have coil tap capability so you can get single coil style sounds out of it too, a must if you want one guitar for all playing styles!

The Asymmetrical Slim Taper neck profile means that it’s a touch thinner on the treble side making lead work more comfortable. Locking tuners help tuning stability and cryogenically treated frets mean that they’ll stand up to wear better.

The guitar is in very good used condition with little sign of use 8.5/10. The only marks to speak of are what looks to be a small area of finish sinking by the control knobs (pictured & only visible in certain lighting) and a minor 5mm ding to the back of the guitar near the jack plate. The frets and electrics are in excellent condition and working perfectly. A great sounding Les Paul! The original hardcase, paperwork and strap are included in the sale as pictured.
