Gibson Les Paul Standard 2019. Iced Tea Burst. Mint Condition 9.75/10.

This particular guitar has a beautiful flame top, quite hard to find one this good in the latest Standard models as Gibson have recently selected the plainer style tops for the Les Paul Standard guitars. This is the very latest model from Gibson and is in exceptional condition with an absolute beauty of a finish. Gibson have gone back to basics on these as a “new era” of Gibson guitars we’re released into the world in 2019.

In our opinion Gibson really are making some of the best instruments they ever have with these Les Paul Standards – A proper Les Paul with no weight relief, Burstbuckers, wired electronics with CTS audiotaper pots (like it should be), ABR1 Bridge and the beautiful 60’s neck carve & appointments for the versatile musician or collector alike.

The guitar is completely stock with all documents and original hardcase included. As you can see the guitar is in fantastic condition with no issues, dings, dents, damage, scratches etc and has hardly been played. Save yourself £300 on a new one and thats if you can find one in stock here in the UK!

Body & Neck

The guitar is made with the winning formula that the Les Paul is known for. The single Mahogany back with AA Figured Maple top is the classic combo, for a reserved but undeniably beautiful aesthetic.

The Slim Taper Mahogany neck is asymmetrical to fit the hand more comfortably – and it wouldn’t be a ‘60s Les Paul without a Rosewood fretboard, perfect for warming up your tone.

Hardware & Electronics

The pickups are BurstBucker 61s, powerful Alnico V humbuckers voiced to resemble the definitive ‘60s Les Paul sound. To ensure that they sound authentic, the electronics are handwired with Orange Drop Capacitors, renowned for providing that timeless sizzle. Think barking midrange, weighty Mahogany resonance and a top-end that adds a rustic sheen to any style.

The hardware has been carefully selected to complete the classic Les Paul picture. Grover Rotomatics with Kidney buttons & Gold Top Hat knobs are among the notable features, with Nickel plating perfectly contrasting the warm, wooden finish.
