This beautiful Les Paul Standard is part of Gibson’s latest offering from the Slash Collection. It’s a stunning representation of where Slash is today, embodying the very best in tone, playability and rock n roll. A must for the lefty Slash fan!

Featuring a mahogany body, a AAA flamed maple top and the beautiful Appetite Amber finish, plus some personal touches by Slash. Including a 50s Vintage “C” shaped neck profile, Custom Burstbucker pickups, colour coordinated hardware.

As part of the Slash Collection, this guitar features some cool exclusive appointments. Including Slash’s “Scully” drawing on the back of the headstock, a truss rod cover with Slash’s signature and four Slash Jim Dunlop Tortex plectrums.

This particular guitar is a solid weight at 9.5lbs. One of the nicest topped Les Paul standards we’ve had in for a little while! It sounds fantastic too with its Custom Slashbucker (Alnico II Burstbucker) Pickups and Slash Signature Electronics…. you too can sound like Slash, although we can’t promise you’ll be able to play like him!

The Gibson Custom Burstbucker pickups have been designed to harness the breathtaking qualities of the classic PAF pickups from the 1950s, Slash’s personal favourite. The pickup set on these is hand-wired to Slash’s own specifications with orange drop capacitors to achieve a world-class tone with a distinctive vintage flavour.

The guitar came to us without its original pickguard. We have sourced a replacement from WD Custom Pickguards in the USA. Gibson UK were unfortunately unable to supply a left-handed replacement.
